Today, I want to talk about Private Label Rights. Private Label Rights are products that you can package and call your own. The rights vary among the suppliers of these products with some letting you claim the copyright and other just letting you claim as your own by, say, putting your name as author but without the copyright.

Also, up until recently, Private Label Rights were, most often, not allowed to sell on Ebay. That is changing as more people put out these products. For Ebay selling, look for the word, ‘unrestricted,’ and you are likel going to be okay with selling on Ebay.

Still, I am not always sure so I like to see that it says it is okay for auction sites before I jump in and put up my ad.

Just so you know, I take extra effort for Silver members by doing the research to see if the product is okay to sell on auction sites. I won’t guarantee that I am 100% accurate as it is your responsibility to always check rights before posting an ad at Ebay or any other auction site. Still, I do make the effort for my paying members.
