& Paid Memberships
Free and paid members must provide a working email address to
receive notices of site updates and promotional emails.
If emails are not getting through to you, please read
here.
We reserve the right to exclude signups from certain
email addresses including but not limited to hotmail,
aol, earthlink, msn. Please
read this for
more info.
We reserve the right to delete your account from TMMS,
if your email is bounced back to us as undeliverable at
any time. Once an account is cancelled,
you will no longer be able to access the website.
Paid Memberships
You may cancel your
membership at any time without refund.
We are under no obligation to cancel your membership
for you as ample information has been provided across
the website regarding how to cancel your subscription
and hence, your membership with TMMS.

We reserve the right to cancel your membership at our
discretion without refund upon violation of terms of use
posted below for products received as a paid member.
Once your membership
has been terminated by us, you may only rejoin
upon permission granted.
I. Restrictions
& Rights On
Products Provided By TMMS To Paying Members
1. Gold Member Bundled Products
TheMakeMoneyShop.com exclusively provides one bundled
product with resale rights to active Gold members each
month, called our Gold Member Bundled Products. Gold
level members are granted the rights to resell Gold
Member Bundled Products for as long as they remain an
active paying member. Gold level members may only sell
those Gold Member Bundled Products that were acquired
during the months of individual active membership (i.e.
past months access to Gold Member Bundled Products are
not granted) and only so long as they remain an active,
paying Gold member.
Gold Member Bundled Products are a compilation of
products with resale rights and auction selling rights
granted rights to be sold with accompanying ad copy and
copyrighted graphics created by TMMS. Under no
circumstances my any Gold level member claim copyright
to the ad content, product compilation or graphics
created by TMMS.
All Gold Member
Bundled Products are granted resale rights to active
Gold members of TMMS using the ad copy and graphics.
Active Gold level members are granted the rights to use
the ad copy and graphics created by TMMS for each Gold
Member Bundled Product. Active Gold level members are
also granted the additional right to hotlink directly to
the images and download files for each Gold Member
Bundled Product for as long as they are a paying Gold
level member of TMMS.
When a Gold level membership is cancelled, rights to
sell Gold Member Bundled Products are no longer granted
and all ads must be pulled immediately upon cancellation
of membership by yourself or by TMMS.
We set a
restricted minimum
selling price for the Gold Member Bundles
Products
and require you to sell for no less than this minimum price. This helps
maintain the value of the product for the benefit of
all our members. Violators will be tracked down and
actions will ensue to restrict your resell of our Gold
Member Bundles Products.
Gold Member Bundled Products must be sold following the
resale rights statements issued with each product by TMMS including restrictions to price limits for resale,
use of graphics and ad copy, and restrictions to Master
Resale Rights. Breaking of these price restrictions
or sale of the
Gold Member Bundled Products not meeting the master
resale rights statement issued by TMMS, the maker of
these products, will result in immediate cancellation of
your membership and all ads found on the internet and/or
at auction sites.

restriction resale amount occur based upon perceived
value of each monthly Gold Member Bundled Product).

2. Adsense Websites
Active and past Gold & Silver
level members of TMMS retain the rights to use Adsense
sites downloads obtained while a paying member.
Your rights never expire
meaning on all Adsense sites
downloads even if you cancel your membership or we
cancel your membership, you still maintain the rights to
all Adsense sites downloads under
the following rights and rules of use.

1.The Adsense Sites
Rights: For Your Use Only
Rules: You cannot sell the Adsense websites 'as is' (meaning you cannot just sell the site and send the zip files to your customers to install).
You may ONLY sell the websites if the site is first installed on a domain name and then sold as a 'website for sale' with the domain name as part of the sale. We request that you do not sell the installed website with domain name any less than $24.95 to keep the value of the site.
There is one additional way you can resell these sites. You can have complete resale rights to these monthly sites by joining

2. The PLR Articles
Rights: Private Label Rights: For Your Use Only
Rules: You cannot sell the articles "as is' or pass along the zip file containing the articles. The only way you can sell the articles is if you use them to create ebooks or reports which must be made non-editable, for example password locked .PDF or .EXE format. Once you create a report or ebook you can offer resell/master resell rights to the ebook or report.
Other uses for the articles would be to rewrite by at least 25% and then submit the articles to article directories to promote the Adsense websites you have installed.
3. The Header Graphics.
Rights: For Your Use Only
Rules: You cannot sell the graphics. They are for your use when installing the websites. You may want to add the domain name to a header graphic using the PSD files. These header graphics provide you with a choice of headers for your sites.
4. The PLR Ebooks.
Rights: Private Label Rights
Rules: You cannot sell the ebooks 'as is' meaning you cannot pass along the zip file containing the word document (also called the source file). The only way you can sell the ebook is if you use format into a non-editable ebook such as PDF or .EXE format. Once you create the ebook you can offer resell/master resell rights to the ebook or report.
These rights and rules apply to current and past Gold members of TheMakeMoneyShop.com and never expire meaning that even if you quit your membership, you still maintain the rights to any Adsense website downloads you obtained while a member. It also means that you must abide by the rights and rules even if you are no longer a member.
These rules are very important, anyone found ignoring these rules will have their membership cancelled. No questions asked!

3. Resale Rights Product Downloads
TheMakeMoneyShop.com provides
resale rights and private label products including by
not limited to ebooks, software, wholesale lists,
turnkey websites, templates and graphics.
TheMakeMoneyShop.com is in no way responsible for
providing complete and detailed resale rights for the
products found on this website nor do we guarantee that
all downloads are usable and/or virus free. By remaining
a member & downloading digital products from this
membership at TheMakeMoneyShop.com, you are agreeing to
use all downloads at your own risk. TheMakeMoneyShop.com
is not responsible for anything that happens when you
download and/or install downloaded products on your own
computer. You are responsible to check all downloads for
virus, worms etc.

provided by TheMakeMoneyShop to it's members are
restricted to personal use only.
Cancellation of any level of membership denies rights
to use this content and any instances of violation of
personal use rights of tutorials and instructional
material provided by TMMS will be met with legal action
on the part of TheMakeMoneyShop.com.
III. Restrictions
on Duplication of TheMakeMoneyShop.com Website As A
Whole
No member (current or previous, free or paid) may
copy the format, the operational capabilities, the
functional characteristics, or any other unique property
that sets the TheMakeMoneyShop.com apart and which is
covered by either trademark or servicemark under
The Digital Media Copyright Act

membership pages, and everything else you will see is
